WATER RATES:

For rentals that require the water bill to remain in the owner’s name, below is the water department’s estimated monthly usage.  Our water bills are reconciled quarterly and any significant differences in usage are either credited or invoiced as applicable.

1 occupant  -  $35 per month

2 occupants - $55 per month

3 occupants - $75 per month

4 occupants - $90 per month

5 occupants - $110 per month

6 occupants - $130 per month
