Rental Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful applicant will pass our background check and have the following:
2 consecutive years of verifiable income history; can be different employers.
2 consecutive years of verifiable rental history from unbiased sources; can be different locations. Those under 21 may be exempt, but an additional fee may be required.
Fees and Requirements
Application fees
Our application fee is $30 for any occupant age 18 and older.
Requirements
All occupants age 18 and older must submit a separate application.
Our leases are 12-18 months long, depending on the property address.
Self-employed applicants may be requested to submit their tax return from the previous year.
Bank statements are not accepted as income verification.
Social Security award letters to be submitted with the application must be dated within the last 120 days.
Copies of housing voucher awards must be submitted with the application.
Applications and app fees can be submitted online via our website.
Paper applications are available at our showings and can be submitted at the time of a showing. App fees are payable by money order or cash.
Providing false information will result in application denial.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Rent From Us Property Management reserves the right to screen a number of applicants for the same property.
Approved applications are valid for 30 days from date of approval and are valid for any available properties.
Application fees are non-refundable and cannot be waived.

Rent From Us Property Management reserves the right to verify the validity of any information you provide.
Any and all information provided to Rent From Us Property Management (and its employees) will be kept confidential except in the event of lease default, whereby all information provided will be submitted to our legal representation.
Submission of an application does not constitute any oral or written agreements on the part of Rent From Us Management (or its employees.)
Disclosing a pet on the application is not guarantee of its approval or addition to the lease.
